Sumeet Jhingan
Having spent almost 25 years in hospitality across Australia, Asia, Middle East, N. Africa and the United States, Sumeet Jhingan has developed and operated Michelin star restaurants, brand defining high street concepts and hotel-based outlets. Ranging from deconstructed bars, franchise development to numerous collaborations with the “World's 50 Best” chefs/restaurants and bars.
While consulting for $1.3 billion project, Aman New York, Sumeet helped finalize and launch 5 F&B venues and The Aman Club, including SOP’s, recruitment and training. As the Founder and Principal of ARZO Hospitality, having an unconventional creative approach, Sumeet is working with the best of the best to bring innovation to food service style, connecting cultures and implementing sustainability aspects to operations of all sizes both locally and internationally.
